As executive director of KHOL, a small public radio station in Jackson, Wyoming, I’ve led the organization’s transformation into an award-winning newsroom with accolades from RTDNA’s Edward R. Murrow Awards and the Society of Professional Journalists. Under my leadership, station revenue has *tripled* and the station was awarded its first grant from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, expanding our resources by more than 50%. My proudest accomplishment has been bringing new voices to the airwaves and highlighting untold stories of marginalized communities here in the most economically unequal county in the United States.
While I wear many hats in this role, I most love the craft of creating memorable and impactful stories. My reporting has aired on public radio stations across the West. I also occasionally freelance for Climate One and Peace Talks Radio. Below are a few recent features.

Facets: Voices of the Mountain Life
This limited-run series explores the complex relationship between humans and the natural world of Jackson Hole. In five episodes, Facets explores how we can heal in the outdoors as well as how we can harm the environment we so love. These stories reveal how a new business is learning to work with the environment, the tensions between conservation and recreation, and more. I created and produced the series, and reported two of the five episodes. The podcast took home the 2022 “product of the year” award from LION Publishers, a Regional Edward R. Murrow Award, as well as second place in the Society of Professional Journalists "Top of The Rockies" awards.
